Good Men

by Talie   Apr 12, 2010

Those blind eyes were set ablaze like cast-down meteors,
as she stooped to kiss his marbled Phantom face,
his heart weighed heavy in the looming sky,
swings like an ominous pendulum in his chest,
the passion they feel rips open the sky,
as good men walk by his bed,
they glance and wonder at the mosaic fountain
that she waits patiently within.
