Love doesn't hurt

by Steven   Apr 18, 2010

Wait a moment
nothing can explain your feelings
better then pain
torn apart like a piece of white paper
to fall so slow to the floor
the bright yellow light glows
turning your inside black
tears drops so quick
with little time to clean
is it love that's the cause
even if you payed millions
you couldn't even cure this
heart breaks isn't a sickness
but a memory
the more you forget it
the harder it hits you
you could write your feelings out
you could paint your heart out
but it's only a stress breaker
love doesn't hurt
consider it a cure
to cure your weakness
to over come your fear
scared of commitment
scared of cheaters
scared of not falling in love
it's a cure
it shouldn't hurt long
when you first experience it
it's cleaning your soul
your body rejects the facts
the mind fails to accept it
but the truth is
your finally "free"
those times you want to speak
but they cut you off
those times you want to dance
they don't care for you
those times you want to sleep
they want you with them forever
those songs you want to sing
it just isn't rock...
love doesn't hurt
don't let it overcome you
let it be cure
and allow you to see life
in the fullest way you can ever witness it
