Whispered

by Kat   Apr 27, 2010

Whispered drops of more then rain

Falling weightlessly, there is more to gain

Sifting through strands of black silk

Lips caressing skin pale as milk

So difficult to suppress the truth

Hiding within selfish proof

Believe the liar

Please quench the fire

Please ease the ache

All this for lusts sake

Ignoring intuition, crawling with dread

Agony insisting on rearing its ugly head

We remain unknown, but have we gone unseen.

Could our desire be a palpable thing?
