Wow ..This is intense. The imagery and subtile rhyme scheme blend perfectly to express harmony and gratitude

An elegant poem which lost me at first yet kept my interest if that is possible as I read it over and over again. Still don't have a clue were it come from but it grabbed me as I know words, songs and music can be a life saver for some, was the music your heart singing or was it someone you love who song stole your heart?
