Nothing Left Of Me

by Some Random Human   May 22, 2010

This was a game from the start,
you played just to break my heart,
now you've pushed me down on the ground,
and now I'm broken apart,
while you're a work of art,
I'm screaming out, don't make a sound,

You think it's funny, it's not,
I've given all that I've got,
now there's nothing left of me,
you played me just like a fool,
covered my eyes with your wool,
now there's nothing left for me,

I guess we'll do this again,
I'll play your game and you'll win,
just another day filled with pain,
you've got me wrapped up tight,
around your finger all right,
so many ways I'm forced to play,

You think it's funny, it's not,
I've given all that I've got,
now there's nothing left of me,
you played me just like a fool,
covered my eyes with your wool,
now there's nothing left for me,

Don't think I can take anymore,
been broken too many times before,
now I'm broken apart, just like my heart,
now I need an escape,
'cause I'm in no shape,
to even start, it's time we part,

You think it's funny, it's not,
I've given all that I've got,
now there's nothing left of me,
you played me just like a fool,
covered my eyes with your wool,
now there's nothing left for me,

You think it's funny, it's not,
I've given all that I've got,
now there's nothing left of me,
you played me just like a fool,
covered my eyes with your wool,
now there's nothing left for me...
