Just sitting here thinking about days gone by how
were all just one year older, six months closer
to leaving all we really know behind to take
a step on the road to a new adventure
some know where they will be in ten years
some just wonder whats gonna come of tomorrow's dawn
some just want to go and will figure it out
an unlucky few are stuck in past mistakes
i don't know where we will all fit now
the pictures just to big for me to see
we were all family now we are strong alone
as we were with our friends our brothers, sisters
the families we built here were our turning point
our chance to walk the road with companions of
trust and understanding even though we don't quite understand
why we walked together but we cared for each other
all we should know now is because of that
caring nature we are stronger better and can love
no matter the cost with the knowledge we gained
from the families we cared for on this road
