The little tear in my heart

Theres a little tear in my heart,
from when it healed,
after you ripped it all apart.

the tear is there to stay,
forever and ever,
no matter what they say.

its there as a reminder to me,
to not let it ever get that far,
because i don't need another absentee.

its there to never let me forget,
to let me move on,
but still hold my regrets.

to remind me of the pain,
of the tears you caused,
that fell like acid rain.

the little tear to the left side,
it where i remember,
that you were once mine.

to feel whenever i please,
to remind me of how it felt,
to be weak in the knees.

the tear in the bottom left,
reminds me each day,
your better then the rest.

its there to keep your image alive,
and there to show me,
i survived!
