Keep Your Mind Open

by Poet on the Piano   Jun 27, 2010

Sandstorms don't always define confusion;
they can just mean matters are not settled yet
but soon the nauseous current
will sweep over your eyes,
no longer jolting your veins.
Just like every other storm
stirring right into your path of sight,
darkness eventually finds light
and no longer are there differences.
Perfection we can never obtain
but there are newborn miracles
waiting for a touch of care,
we can walk closer
to realizing where beauty
rides the sun and the moon.

    Your poem truly reflects your title...we should always live with an open mind. Some great advice you've given us to always remember & to never forget.
