Sunset

A sunset that lies over the seas,
in the air roams a spring breeze.
Everything calm, everything still,
even snow on mountains and grass on hills.
The sea roaring as lights fade,
dimming under a tree of shade.
Everything peaceful and seems to be right,
Breathtaking at the beautiful sight.
Sitting on a rock, feet in the sand,
holding some shells in your hand.
The breeze moving the trees and brushes,
Leaves rattle sounding like hushes.
Foam washes up on land and reminds you,
About the clouds of pink, orange, and blue.
Everything around you is like a routine,
Like you're invisible and your soul is clean.
The wind cool and makes you have tears,
In your mind no thoughts, in your heart no fears.
Sun turning orange and almost high tide,
Smile on your face and refreshing inside.
Now its dark and the moon is out,
Sky brightens when stars are about.
I know you are someone that I just met,
But you'll always remind me of a sunset.
