I quite like this poem.

I read it as though someone is more into the relationship than the other. Or maybe in the relationship for different reasons.

I feel that there's a lot of emotion going on and a lot of confusion about where you both stand. It's really heartbreaking when things happen like this.

I love the flow and rhyming of your poem is awesome.
