The Looking Glass

by Someone   Jul 14, 2010

Look beyond the looking glass,
walk beyond the crowd, the guilty mass.
Unconcious untold, words speak like whispers on withered wind,
Let us hope that you, unlike everyone hasn't sinned.

Heart of gold with words of silver,
speak your way to the guiltless river.
Concious unfurled and head on straight,
A true life you must create.

Push past the fake obscenities,
Ignore the beautiful amenities.
Simply do not think you're alive,
Become the butterfly in everyone's life, simply do not thrive.

Expand and come together,
You smile and we all fly like a feather.
Become the rock in the hard place,
You become everyone's brace.

A shoulder to cry guilty tears,
a shirt that absorbs and makes them much more.
After all that has happened,
through all that was done.

A smile remains on your face,
even with a story of unlike that of a fairy tale,
with tears and sorrow.

But yet you remain beyond all of it.
A smile still remains.

Look beyond the looking glass,
What do you see?

Mom and Dad.

[You are my hero]
