They say suicide is the easy way out
Only the weak at heart & soul
Could lose control Or would attempt
Cause it's sick, it's wrong & it's a sin
But what I'd like to ask them
Is what's so easy
About putting a gun to your head, taking a fistful of pills, or cutting so deep you don't have the time to think?
Tell me what's so easy
About leaving what you already know
To face a distant dream
That might not even be
Better than the nightmare you're in.
& I'm not saying that it's right
Just not as easy as you'd think.
