When you live your life for Jesus.

by anand singh   Jul 20, 2010

When you live your life for Jesus,
he'll give you the desires of your heart.
All he ask, is that you believe in him,
and faithfully do your part.

He promise to meet you halfway,
any time night or day.
All guilt, fears, and every insecurities,
he will take them all away.

Through him salvation is always free,
nothing you'll have to pay.
He will rid you of every burden,
that you were carrying just yesterday.

A new day will begin for you,
when you receive his pardoning grace.
You will then be equipped, and worthy,
to meet him face to face.

But, for some it seem so very hard,
to live for him each day.
They rather indulge in inequities,
than to trust him and obey.

They continue to wallow in immorality,
and, are obsessed with material things.
But you won't have to worry none,
if, to the cross of shame you cling.

Give the Lord abundant thankfulness,
for all the blessings that you are given.
Blessings that comes to you each day,
directly from his kingdom in Heaven.

So, won't you bend at the knees in prayer?
and, ask him to take control of your life.
He is waiting there at this very moment,
to free you from every sin and strife.

This is a beautiful poem. What a wonderful feeling I'm left with after I have read your words.

    Give the Lord abundant thankfulness,
for all the blessings that you are given.
Blessings that comes to you each day,
directly from his kingdom in Heaven.

It is so sad that some people pretend to believe and walk in other directions, pretend to forgive yet talk bad things about others. If only they would really take God into their hearts then they would know the true meaaning of forgiveness.
    Excellent job!
    Thank you again Paul
You are always in my thoughts and prayers

To have faith is a wonderful thing, because it is a win-win situation..you cannot go wrong when you have faith in God, because in essence it is equal to having faith in life itself. Things change when the mind changes, it sets processes in motion, for the good ( when you are a righteous person with good thoughts) or for the worse ( when you are evil at heart). It is NEVER too late to change and make contact with God and our deepest self:)

    Good poem, Paul!

    God bless and a hug,

Paul, I believe that all things happen for a reason and your poem was posted today for me. I have read it twice and I did bend at the knee and pray to God and surrender my strife to Him, asked forgiveness and thanked Him for the blessings He bestows upon me and the food and shelter He provides. I know that I must show others how good God is, not just think it shows in me. Thank you for this, another of God's works.
