Suicidal Aviation

by Jennifer RIP Lesthat Hayden   Jul 21, 2010

This suicidal aviation
has taken all my concentration.
Take this soul, erase this mind
to demonize what makes us blind.

Losing breath while I'm awake,
shedding light on what's at stake.
Raw emotion advertised:
what other's do to be apprised.

Always asking how I'm doing,
as if life's meant for reviewing.
Acting like you know it all,
but you can't even catch a fall.

Take the car by the wheel,
take the horns of the steer.
Control what's lost in your eyes
and watch hope as it dies.

Only seeing what's not there
is the gift of your stare,
so stare at me and look inside
to see what all has been denied.

I loved that line the most. Problem is, most people do think its meant for reviewing. You're a great writer.
