Crescendo!

by Poet on the Piano   Jul 22, 2010

Devout violinist draw your bow
Play what your heart means to show
The sullen world is waiting on a spotlight
entertain thin air until dying night.
Harmonize your words and simply pluck
With theatrical perfection far in tuck
No need to practice your dull lessons
For you compose delicious selections.
Keep twirling memory and you will find
Untouched notes of the strangest kind
Believe in original flight and taste
Every musical expression graced.

- Big inspiration came from the Flight of the Order of the Phoenix from Harry Potter soundtrack.

There is something so intriguing about violins to me. This poem was nice and I think the only thing that could improve it is the format. At first glance it just seems bunched up and might deter someone from reading it. In my opinion the words do not need to be changed at all or anything in it for that matter, just the delivery. Awesome job on keeping the reader intensed in the subject.
