They Don't know

by Maranda   Jul 28, 2010

She lay there in silence not wanting them to know,
what suffering she feels inside the pain continues to grow,
she doesnt know exactly what went wrong, all she knows is that she can't hold on for long,
she never knew it would end up this way,
so there she is getting weaker by the day.
no one seems to notice or see the hurt in her eyes,
she tries to yell, but she always hides her cry
she is slowly slipping away and her body is falling apart
her weight is getting lower, no one ever thought
she did this to herself and there is no explanation,
for all this pain she has been through, acting on self- mutilation
she never felt pretty enough or skinny enough at that
and it might have never happened, if she weren't called fat
no one seems to understand the emotional state she's in
but she wishes all her pain away and to put this to an end.
