All about Love

by Sunshine   Jul 29, 2010

Love can irrigate smoothly the thirst of a desert
can be ignored, forgotten, but never forever left,
for love fills the emptiness of our vast space

it maintains the presence of each, every little place;
the sun shining from the poles of this world,
the glory of each kind letter, every sweet word

Love springs from the mountains of the soul
yet sates the driest stone, as down it crawls
it builds strength in the heart of the weak
rhymes the tunes, for he who can't speak

For the blind, Love can be the lightened sight
so he who only saw darkness; shall forever see light

For the deaf, Love can be the sweetest voice
so he who never heard; shall sing with joy, and rejoice

For the tongueless, Love can be a bell that loudly rings
so he who never spoke, shall forever happily sing

Love is the reason, that this earth forever revolves ,
it's why living things grow. It's why life develops

Every thing that happens, happens

because of;
from;
to;
or for the Lack of;
LOVE ~.~

    For the deaf, Love can be the sweetest voice
    so he who never heard; shall sing with joy, and rejoice
    As I read these words a sensual feeling is about to climax as the universal truth is revealed to my soul through the inspiration of a master

    WOW! i loved this alot. you described what love is in such beautiful terms ... flawless really.

    "Love springs from the mountains of the soul
    yet sates the driest stone, as down it crawls
    it builds strength in the heart of the weak
    rhymes the tunes, for he who can't speak"
    -this was such a sweet little stanza, and all the ones that followed about the deaf and the blind and the tongueless; it was great ! loved it.

    I couldn't possibly agree more. People always ask me why I write about love so much? I simply say "Because everyone can relate to it and theres nothing more important" Excellent job with this piece, truly 5/5

    About your poem now, so glad to see your post again!

    I love this tribute to love, I love the wording and the mind from which this poem originates, in particular this part:

    Every thing that happens, happens

    because of;
    from;
    to;
    or for the Lack of;
    LOVE ~.~

    ^^
    These words are so true, so very true Nana...every day you come across evidence of this statement of yours.
