Very nice imagery in this poem. I love reading your poetry. Always an eye opener for me. It all flowed very well and I didn't see anything that needed correcting. Good job and keep writing. |
I just was looking at my favorite authors and noticed you had a new one! This by far had to be one of the most cherished poems from your latest list. The usage of such enchanting words like "whimsical eyes" and "spellbound" just connected your poetic heart and lovely meanings from your heart. I absolutely adored this and will have to read it over and over again. The question on the end, "What's not more to love?" suggested that although this poem has ended, your thoughts of him haven't, and every word exhaled with be a valuable treasure. |

A rather enjoyable read from you. I would move the second line ''a frozen sunset;'' though to the 8th line. before ''casted upon waters''. |

Congrats on your win Temps :) |
Wow. I loved this poem from the title and beginning! You write about the nicest kind of love, that only people who have shared this experience could understand. It gave me such a warm feeling inside and made me appreciate love more! I love how you describe a perfect love as a frozen sunset. If only we could really freeze such a beautiful romantic moment so nothing bad could ruin it! Beautiful poem! And congratulations on a well-deserved win! |
