    Aww Nana:(

Reading this is so hard on me because I know you so well, honey.
To never have known your father is a cruel twist of nature, because you have no one to give that kind of love to, the one you only have for a father..the one that makes you want him to be proud of you and that kind of feeling is different from the feelings you have for a mother.

You wrote this down in such a touching way:

or lovingly he whispers for the grief of my ears
words of wisdom to ease my burning tears..
how I thirst a breeze of love to chill all
    winter fears..

    ^^^

I know this pain you speak of..I lost all my uncles due to a family- desease, they died one by one and left me only with a father that wished I was never born.how I miss my uncles who all loved me and held me tight on their lap when I was small and made all the demons dissappear.

A poem that made me cry, sweet girl...

    * kiss and a big hug*

    5/5 Ingrid

Firstly, i'd like to say R.I.P to your father, i'm sure he regrets not knowing you and im sure he is in a better place now :)

secondly, i absolutely loved this piece! it was so gentle, and your choice of words were lovely! I liked the flow, the rhymes, i liked it all!

"I wish amid the aching silence of the night
a dream of him turns my darkness; white"
    - that bit there was just beautiful!

    definitely a 5/5!!
