I came across a broken young tree
some how it sadly looked back, straight at me
wondering if that's how I'll end up one day?
just like those little things, NOt born to stay

    ^^
In life you have two certainties, Nana, the first is you are born, second one is you will die. It is the time in between that you must try and make the most of...and it is not here on earth that you live on, but in the hearts and minds of those you loved. You are still very young and so this message may have a profound influence on you: devote all of your time on people and causes that either love you back or bring you and the ones you love further in life. Don't waste time on grieving upon the past or on things that cannot be...nothing is gained from such a mind set, sweetheart.

for I have stared long at this trees' vast land
that looked like the paths curved on my hand
where certain points are set for me to begin
a life's journey where roads refuse to let me in

    ^^
Maybe you looked into the wrong direction..try looking with your inner eye and see what happens.

yet the sun rises but one time every morning
and I'm still in the mid of this ocean sailing
over the same spot, between these mad waves
where every spit of water digs deeper my grave

    ^^
This makes clear you feel helpless to some degree..realizing how you feel is always the first step to change..you have more power than you think!

still I wait for a miracle to pull and save me
no matter if I seem as broken as this old tree..
Life is hell, yet a heaven on earth it can be
for beyond the ocean of pain immortals a
happy castle just for those who believes to see..

    ^^
Indeed life can be a heaven or a hell..it is not so much about what you have, but what you do with it. see your life as a top notch computer..some will only use it to send emails with, while others use it to its full extent.

    good work hun!

    * hugs*

A very touching poem. I liked the idea behind it and it flowed just right as to keep the reader interested. Good job and keep writing.

Your last stanza caught was amazing. I love the truth that is in it. I love the fact that you wrote this "for believers", i love love it!

"still I wait for a miracle to pull and save me
no matter if I seem as broken as this old tree.."
    - this is definitely that 2 lines that stood out to me the most.

    you da best ! :D
