Forever locked away inside ,
I face the hardships of each day ,
Only to lose myself in the darkness.

Feelings forever barred from me ,
These , my soul will never taste ,
Chained by my loneliness and fears.

I cannot love only mourn ,
Shrink in my fear of pain ,
Lost inside my unknowing heart.
