There is a splinter in my eye
    that entered unapproved.
It made its way into my life
    and needs to be removed.

*This stanza was so creative. Wow. I couldn't stop reading it, it really captured my eyes and made me want to know what's going to happen in the next poem. The imagery was perfect and really drew me into the piece. Very clever poem :]] Can't wait for the next part. Nik*

Hmmm....interesting. I think this is a creative story you have written for us. I was unable to see what was happening until close to the end. A good write non the less. Good job and keep writing.

My mentor for the Midnight Madness Book is Mickey Spillane, was a good friend of my father.
Now he was a master of murder mysteries. Thanks everyone so far for reading I hope the rest of the book doesn't disappoint you. It gets spookier :-)

'Twas a good piece. I liked the narrative of it and the agreeable rhymes. You're obvioously someone who appreciates words, and doesn't just throw them in willy-nilly. Glorious.

I also like that there's other installments. I'll get round to reading them at some point.
