He's the Alpha & the O mega (the begining & the end)

by anand singh   Aug 30, 2010

Dear Lord I come to you, on my own accord,
thanking you in advance, for what you'll do for me
Lord.
I know that you're alive, and listening to my plea,
You're my only hope for salvation for all eternity.

So lift me up dear Lord, and give me the strength to stand,
upon a stronger foundation, in your father's land.
As you know dear Lord, I cannot bear life's burden alone,
So take my hand sweet Jesus, and lead me out of the sinner's zone.

Oh how I love you Lord Jesus, and trust you more each day,
Please come into my heart, and be my guide and stay.
From my sins Lord Jesus, please wash me and make me clean,
remold this heart of mine, and make my life pristine.

Please give me the knowledge I lack, to understand you my Lord,
help me to understand what you're saying, When I read read your living words.
Words of wisdom and encouragements, and your promise of everlasting life,
For only you can free me Lord, from all burdens stress and strife.

Lord, I know that you're the real definition, of a true and trusting friend,
a friend on whose love and guidance, I can always depend.
I know that on the day of judgment, my transgressions you will defend,
for you're the Alpha and the Omega,
(the beginning and the end).

It is useful to all us Paul. We should all pray this everyday as a reminder of what it means to be born again. Well done.

Thank you Ingrid.I do believe that whatever we sow that is what we will reap one day.
I agree with you that some break the rules secretely, in which they worship the Lord with their mouths while deep inside they still have ties to Satan.

To do right by both yourself and to others is something that will pay itsself back thousandfold, my friend. All we do reflects back on us and I honestly believe that on the day we die we get to feel all the pain we inflicted upon others..so there will be justice after all for those who secretly break all the rules...and a big reward for those who have lieved a life of virtue.

I love the uplifting tone of this poem, keep posting!

    God bless and a hug,

    5/5 Ingrid
