Sunrise(Tanka)

by Jad   Sep 3, 2010

A glimpse of new life,
Splashing yellow and red streaks.
Bringing all to life,
Warming and sustaining earth
Day to day with each sunrise.

Beautifully written...a vivid picture of a sunrise came into my mind as I read this...loved the way you described it as if it's splashed onto the sky. You always write wonderful nature poems.
