Behold

by Ronald Edwards   Sep 19, 2010

Behold a love
one for the ages,
a love foretold
by soothes and sages.

Like oceans deep
swift rivers flow,
sail in its water
and cares forego.

Behold a love
thats fire hot,
it brands the soul
with seared inkdot.

Tattooed upon
the very being,
a love not weighed
but one thats freeing.

Very nice indeed! THis took me back in time of knights & maidens. Loving, sensual and
longing are the feelings all wrapped within this write!

Another great poem about and/or describing love. You seem to easily be able to paint these pieces so beautifully and with great depth. Each line slowly reveals more about your heart as you tell the reader how you feel. Good job and keep writing.
