Matthew 8;24

by Michael D Nalley   Sep 23, 2010

Behold, there arose a great storm on the sea,
We were swamped by waves; but he was asleep.
There was no way to escape this catastrophe,
Our lord commanded calm, the waves ceased to leap
The terror that was in our spirits slowly would begin to rescind
Nothing can separate us from the love of God, mightier than wind

I do believe everything happens for a reason. and God has a plan for everything and everyone. this was good, I liked it. God is always looking after us, and when its our time to go, then we will be looked after for the rest of time.

It's scary to watch the world right now and all the natural disasters that are happening. Scary to think how much worse it's going to get in a short period of time. I loved the flow and the rhyme of the poem it was a nice addition to a great write. You're one of the few others on this site who doesn't post garbage.... nicely done as always.
