Animal

Huddle in the corner
grasping eachothers fingers
we watch with watery eyes

they snarl and snap
baring teeth and shearing claws
circling around and around

becoming more like the child
instead of the parent
spewing acid, melting faces

Anger overlapping affection
blurring the lines of love
hearts no longer connected

their distance a vast space
filled with loathsome ice
terroritorly daggers

let the throw down begin
bark things you'll one day regret
snap and bite, leave bruising scars

    "Anger overlapping affection

Such fantastic lines & gives the perfect view of human nature and love. Though somewhat primitive but endless.
