I wish I may, I wish I might
Have the one wish I want tonight.
To be in your arms, being held so tight, holding me close all through the night.
Not being afraid of what tomorrow might bring, knowing full well it might be pain.
I wish I may, I wish I might
Have the one wish I want tonight.
To feel you kiss me so soft so sweet, holding me close as our bodies meet.
Not being afraid of what we're about to do, it feels so right when I'm with you.
I wish I may, I wish I might
Have the one wish I want tonight.
