"Pieces of my heart lay crushed all over the ground,
Fragments of large and small, they bled and drowned,
I knelt in the mass to scrap them up again,
Ignoring the wounds they cut deeper then,
I scooped and piled them all in my lap,
Where I held my life within my trap."

Fantastic lines foresure, you are very creative with your words and I will be back to read some more because this poem is impressive.

This is a very good piece, incredibly emotionally intertwined and while many complex feelings are incorporated there's a simple connection that at least I and probably others can make with those feelings. This is hard to do, especially in such detail, I'm in awe. =] good job !
