Inside

by Beautiful Chaos   Sep 28, 2010

Hidden deep beneath my skin,
A person most can't see,
A little girl, so scared to live,
For fear of what will be.

Once, she loved, with all her heart,
And bared the world her soul,
They ate her up and spit her out,
They left her in this hole.

She'd claw and fight her way back up,
Bloodied to the bone,
A mile high wall around herself,
To hide from what she's known.
