    and,
I am certain I could not
    have captured this essence

Ha ha, yesssss so true"to touch a word is to touch worlds"..I could not agree more.

As a child I devoured all books, even tose about silly stuff like cooking, lol. I used it to escape my life and felt like there was this place that only words can take you too, a higher level of concience and living. I truly believe reading, and in a broader sense, education, is what can lift people from ( emotional) poverty.

I love the poem, I think you made a beautiful statement, which is absolutely true.

    One minor detail:

    and all
    heady dreams,
    scratched out chapters,
    daydreams spawned of idle minds...
    worlds beyond words...
    those remain, uncaptured,
pulling at the line like caught fish
    turning free and restricted
    around the trapped syntax.

    ^^
I removed almost every "the", compare this to the original and tell me what you think? :)

    Good work, loved it!

This is a very powerful piece..which deserves to be noticed a lot more than this..
ur wording was really gd...i found nothing to even pick up!..the words u chose was 100 % suitable..the title was catchy and in a way and another new on stage..

gd vocabs, not really big yet strong.
this is added to my favs.

A masterful piece by a masterly wordsmith

Your words capture like a butterfly in a web, opening a world of your creation for all to see, holding us still till the very end.

    "And to understand this,
to sense it in your heart
while leafing through pages white and still...
Oh, to touch a word is to touch worlds."

Your last stanza sums up this piece for me wonderfully. Beautiful work Sibs, well done.

This is indeed a master piece. Had stumbled upon it a while back and found it now. Had to comment.

Such vividity and brilliance integrated within a subtle structure, can only produce someone this astounding. Unable to pick a favorite. A beautiful composition. Stellar.
