My Life So Far

I was goin 2 fast,
Then life slowed down and,
And i ain even familiar with my usual surroundins,
Searchin for a happy place,
And just when i think i found it,
Thing happen for no reason,
That begins to make me doubt it,
But life is life,
Every chance i will take,
Crack open a fortune cookie,
And read what it say,
Just ...agree with it,
And do it for that day,
Because 2marrow is not promised,
So its gud im set im strait

    This is so true and I found the words really deep and moving. I love the hidden message of this poem and also the way you have describe life is unique as you come at it from a different perspective and blend in your feelings with each line. You also had some nice little similes in the poem which made the poem nice and the flow of the poem was nice and smooth as most of your writing usually is.

    All in all, I found this a very enjoyable poem with a good message that a lot of people should apply. It's so true that life is a gift and we need to slow down and absorb all of them and be thankful. Great job and keep writing.
