Have you noticed?

My silence speaks
volumes, yet you
don't even understand.

Facial expressions
show indifference but
you don't seem to know.

You are so wrapped
up in your self to
be able to see me.

You're so conceited that
it bars you from
having any understanding.

The foolish pride you
have leaves no
room for anyone else.

Far too in love
with your self to be
able to love others.

I feel not hatred,
these be merely
observations.

For I am gone
and you haven't
even noticed?

Was I merely just for
show, just an ornament?
