Tears Keep Running

Laying in the dark,
i hear no sound;
i see nothing as i look around.

I feel a tear drop,
run down my face;
wondering when my heart will go back into place.

Because as i speak it's broken in two;
the reason it is is because of you.

You walked in my life,
to walk right back out;
and left me here hopeless without a dout.

I fell for your lies,
and couldn't get back up;
and now i just need you,
to hold and to touch.

I ask myself when will the pain stop coming,
but sadly the tears keep running.
