Ron, so sad this is. I have a similar situation with my sister, who considers me dead. I tried to make amends to no avail so I have to let it go and move on, no matter how difficult that is. Families have no idea how cruel they can be and only when it is to late do they realize how important family really is.

I guess this poem could relate to hundreds and hundreds of people as many families now a days are separated and torn apart. Quite sad actually. Anyway the main idea of this poem was made quite clear and you did a great job at describing the feelings you have to endure when you are separated from them. Great job and keep writing.

Touching write... to be treated this way by family and loved ones is painful. wonderfully expressed.

//Blind faith is all I trust in,
a belief This to shall pass. //
loved the ending, belief is all that remains.
    well written

Good poem Ron & well written , I enjoyed reading it. I would imagine this to have been a hard one to write being it is about the ones we care the most for .
The only thing I would change it in the last line ...too instead of to...
    Thanks for sharing ...5/5...Jim
