Reach Out

by Elizabeth   Oct 29, 2010

Reach out

Look around you
Look and see with your heart
Hear every cry and scream
Don't just look or glace
Reach out and let it seep into you
Feel their pain and lost
Endure it and see what they see
The world silences with a baby's cry
The earth shook beneath them
Children thought it was a ride
Parents ran for their children
Kids sat and stared,
Not knowing what's happening
Buildings crumbled and fell
Crushing the people under them
While we sleep in our beds,
They are fighting for their lives
Lend a hand to the people who need help
