I park my car half way down the road from the airport,
as i start walking I notice a tree a little ways in front of me to the side.
mother nature has started to change the colour of the leaves,
and one by one they will start to fall.
With every step I take,
I know it brings me closer to you.
So this smile on my face just wont wipe off.
Finally your plane arrives,
and as I see you step off,
I carefully watch you walk to wards where I'm standing,
with a huge grin on your face, to match mine.

Outside the window,
the moon is dull,
snow falls heavily from the sky,
and the roads become covered in snow.
and everything is in a shear sheet of ice,
Though In side our little cozy place,
which is our little world,
there is one else but us,
the outside might be all dreary,
but inside is our own personal sun,
lighting a way for both souls to walk,
as their path entwined.
Together in this moment we sit
in front of a warm fireplace,
wrapped in a blanket,
your hand be hide my neck pulling me closer,
as my arm wraps around your side,
up your back,
and comes to rest between your shoulders.

Spring has become to arrive,
the snow melts under the sun light.
reveling all the colours of the world.
A vine slowly grows up the side of the house,
everyday it gets a little taller, and more beautiful,
it always reminds me of our relationship.
Every day, second, month, week,
our love grows.
We're tip toeing through life trying to reach one another,
always trying to do the extreme to maintain what we have.
Proving to the world what we always have know.

As summer falls upon us,
we sit under a tree,
on a massive blanket,
surrounded by family and friends.
and a huge basket of food and drinks in the middle.
Birds are singing their love songs all around.
a few feet away is a man painting to the tunes the birds sing in this lovely park,
the world goes silent as the man puts down his brush and pallet,
walks over to us,
and places the painting up against the tree beside me.
looking over at you,
I notice you are standing,
you gaze down at me, grab my hand as you pull me up,
I'm in a daze, peeking around at everyone,
I realize what they are hoping is going to happen.
Coming back to my senses,
hearing the explanation for the painting: 'I wanted everyone to see this moment for the rest of our life's.' then, you bent down on one knee,
and asked the question that been floating in the air ever since we first met.
This question, and the following, yes answer,
ends our journey of proving to everyone in the world,
that no matter where you are,
love will find you,
and destroy any obstacles in your way if you are meant to be together.
