Infinity

by Jenna Balkin   Nov 8, 2010

I am not here,
I am walking in an abyss of my own mistakes.
I have fallen, I am crawling,
and the ground beneath me still shakes.
There is no escape,
I am lost, I am cold, I am not real...
I am my own imagination,
I am my own creation,
and this is my revelation,
but I still feel...

I know this feeling all too well. Great job on this one. To me, poetry can be about capturing one idea with as little words as possible. But with the best words and impeccable timing. This succeeds in that and I love it.
