Screaming Thoughts

What do you do with screaming thoughts?
They aren't complete thoughts that usually end up being words that you forget saying or doing.
You know the instant anger, in the heat of, on the spur of the moment!
So I guess screaming thoughts are really unfinished and not honestly thought threw.
On the other hand screaming thoughts are instant ideas, solutions to problems, brain storms are also screaming thoughts.
Poems and story lines start as screaming thoughts.
Natural instincts, gut feelings, insight, and productions are all in the same family of screaming thoughts and unfinished thoughts.
