I Miss You (ABC)

by Whisper   Nov 15, 2010

A day goes
By and I
Cannot stop missing you.
Day two passes,
Except it is no different than the last.
For you have made your mark.
Good riddance, I said.
How I lied
In that moment.
Just words I spoke to pretend I didn't care.
Kisses were unspoken lullabies.
Lost forever now.
Memories are not what I want.
Now, I suppose, it matters none.
One more day,
Please.
Questions are all that
Remain in my mind.
Solitude is all that remains in
The outside world.
Usually,
Vivid memories are enough for me.
Without you, however, nothing is enough.
Yes, in fact, I miss you.

I thought this was excellent, maybe add some punctuation to assist with the flow a bit more.

I've never seen a poem done like this before and I am itchin to try it.

    Thank you:)
