You see yourself
In a different light
Don't think you're pretty
Don't think you're bright

And labeled as
Second best
You honestly think
You're not as good as the rest

But I want you to know
That none if its true
So here, listen close
Ill walk you through

Don't listen to
A stupid boy
That put you down
And made you his toy

Your better than that
I know you are
You were just temporarily
A fallen star

You're beautiful
In every way
And make someone smile
Everyday

You're smart beyond
All comprehension
And when friends fight
You relieve all tension

You're such a good person
And a best friend to all
You're there to listen
And help someone when they fall

So look at yourself
One more time
And I hope you see
How you really shine
