Enlightenment

He is my enlightenment
his soul calls to mine
the connection is so deep
that I can feel
our thoughts entwine
the life he breathes
into me is so free
I'm awakened to the
beauty around me
the colors are brighter
the sound-waves louder
like a new born vampire
I've entered a brand new existence
my soul is lighter
with the new journey Ive been given
he'll guide me through
the world found new to me

He is my enlightenment
to this earth that surrounds me.
