    Darien,

This felt like reading lyrics to a song...very beautiful and yes, sometimes we meet someone we never forget again and the memory of that special someone lingers a life time long in our heart and mind.

    Splendid, I loved it:)

ps: you have one typo: the word "carrier" should be "carried" in the third line of the last stanza.

    Hey Darien,

I'm really not sure how to comment on this poem. Aside from a typo in the second last line, it was incredible. The imagery was well done, I was able to visualize the whole poem, the ending was well done, and I liked the way you went from "she" to "sometimes" to "she"... It really helped with the flow.

    Really great job:)

    2 words

    marry me?

WHoops! Did that slip? The 2 words I meant to say were...You're amazing!!

I'm not sure why you're having such trouble writing this month because this poem was amazing! Your descriptions, the words, I absolutely loved every second reading this :)
I miss your work a lot I hope sparks of inspiration start coming to your head!

Wow this was beautiful. I love the transition from the daydream/memory to the present thoughts. I could feel myself in your words which is hard to do. Has to be one of my faves I've read in a while. I really need to get back into read.

Hey Darien. Wow, you are brilliant as ever. Sorry I have read this only now. Yeah the transition from present to daydream is so great it took me back and forth too.
