On the Way

by FenderGrl   Dec 2, 2010

On the way, there will be convertions, inventions that need to be made,
people, decisions, and words need to be changed...
And on the way, the ones that once weakened you, the ones who fallaciously stood by, need be unnoticed...

On the way, they'll motor on by with their daring little mouths,
making you believe their impostorous words, appearing so tasteful.
They'll walk by offering nothing, but Giving away despiteful looks...
But there's something there to hide, there's a secreting doubt,
and don't let them pour their weaknesses on your feet so worn out...

Little are they, for losing their train to maturity,
keeping their rage to a high school retention...
And on the way, remember what makes you happy,
don't lose the things you like the most...
When they see you drive by, in a monster truck next to their small training wheels,
And they'll flip their hair and flaunt their dresses and their night heels,
thinking they own the world, but they're still not worthy of decency...

And on the way you might change the texture of your hair, a pound on your body,
but you'll never lose what you've learned;
Don't raise no one a step above or below of your own; always keep your respectfulness,
and don't forget to thank them for awakening a new, and profound sense of fearlessness...
