Peace At Last

How I long for sleep
the kind that lasts an eternity
Woes of life oblivious to me
Peace at last

Had my share
enough for two
my time should be through
Peace at last

And one could hope
there is a better place
no tears to face
Peace at last

But if when it is over
there is no after life
I'd trade the strife
Peace at last
