Musical Bliss

As you play the strings of my guitar
it takes me to a place real far
and here I am free as a shooting star

Your fingers flow like the wind through the leaves
the sound enters my heart, it never fails to please
only you can play the notes that put me at ease

As your voice enters my atmosphere
it spills words that tell me not to fear
tell me it's true, tell me you'll never make me shed a tear

As you sing the melody, you stare into my eyes
my heart begins to flutter, oh how it cries
this new feeling, I hope it never dies

Your music plays into my heart
time slows down and I never want us to part
I can love you with all my being, just tell me when to start
