Every Rose Has Its Thorn...

Every rose has its thorn, amongst beauty there's always pain
But we must suck it up, let it go, overcome and not complain

Every rose has its thorn, but tomorrow is always another day
Just forget about it, don't regret it, just say goodbye anyway

In this life, nothing but love is free and sometimes love hurts
Sometimes we try to fix, others ignore it, it only gets worse

The pain that we feel, is always too real, and help is no good
But every rose has its thorn, no one would help us if they could

The world is a horror, but we must live here until the very end
Sometimes it can be good, made great by having a simple friend

But mostly it is bad, and even sometimes sad, it's nothing new
Every rose has its thorn, and there's absolutely nothing we can do

With the good there is bad, with the beauty there is only sad
The good times are always soured, the happy always made mad

With every rose there is a thorn, just to prick us in the side...
Every rose has its thorn, which seems to always sour the ride...
