Aborting my baby

Words could never express how much you mean to me.
You aren't born yet, nor will you ever be.
But I've cherished the moments, when I felt you moving inside my belly.
And when I threw up my breakfast every morning.
My mother says aborting you would be the best thing.
But in my heart, having you would be my biggest dream.
She says I wont be successful; I've always wanted to sing.
I have faith in God, and I know he could take care of you better than me.

One day when I give birth to your siblings,
You will be in my thoughts as I break down and cry.
If I had to pick between you or I to live,
I would be the one to die.
You are my child, just never born.
And I am a mother, this is why I morn.
So I pray to God to please guide me as time passes by.
And please watch over my baby, so far in the sky.
I know when I leave this earth, we will one day reunite.
I love you so much, I promise with my life.
