Your reality
The same one that makes you cry
and kills yor spirit
and torments your mind

breaks you heart
and burns your tears
craves your pain
and acts sincere

Your mentality
to stay strong
and tell a lie
deject goodbyes

And hold on tight
to this lie of a life
a pretense of love
but you won't let go

You won't let them know
you refuse to show your inside
and you continue you tale
about a girl who was so colorful
turned less than pale

From this reality she feared
and that strength she lacked
and what she'd forgotten
and what she wanted back

You reality
seems so much more reserved
as a nightmare
