A fairtytale lie.

Cinderella's getting lonely at night
with her prince just coming to kiss her goodbye
she keeps hoping that he'll come by again
just sitting and waiting for that one special man

she cleans the house to get him off her mind
but her prince charming it too hard to resist no matter how hard you try
she too poor to go to the ball
but she gets her prince cause that one slipper fits
i guess you can find love after all

they call her beauty, she can get who she wants
she lingers in beauty for whatever she does
she puts the men to the test
choosing one by one making them her guests

she chooses boys and changes them into men
she can tame the beast and makes that prince her man
her lips are softer than the bud of a rose
and when she craves something she goes and she goes

its the magic spell that makes the men go crazy
makes them fall to their knees
trying to make you their baby
well Honey you can't posses this body of mine
so baby just back up your wasting your time

well the mermaid wants to give up her tail
to make her fin disappear and get rid of those scales
she sells her soul for that true loves first kiss
well i'd sell all that too for just one day of bliss

she gets away and makes the sea witch cry
the mermaid will soon see it was a big waste of time
cause men cant be trusted, they leave and they lie
its better to be a cold hearted mermaid
then to get hurt and to die

its the magic spell that makes the men go crazy
makes them fall to their knees
trying to make you their baby
well Honey you can't posses this body of mine
so baby just back up your wasting your time
i just cant believe it but fairy tales lie.
